Judgment of acquittal for owner of a clinical trial site in a multi-week trial in Miami as to the main wire fraud conspiracy charge. The DOJ alleged that client participated in multi-year fraud scheme in a clinical trial for asthma medications sponsored by Glaxo Smith Kline. The client approached Ms. Descalzo and attorney Andrew Feldman for trial.
